We love honoring moms not just on Mother’s Day but year-round! Moms are amazing people who put in long hours, love, and often self-sacrifice to ensure their kids thrive. But sometimes, being a mom can feel lonely, especially when you don’t interact with many other moms or parents during the day. Sometimes you have questions, need advice, or need a reminder that you’re not alone!
If you’re seeking advice from other moms or are constantly on the lookout for honest advice from real moms, you’ll love these parenting blogs, which share actual stories and practical advice from moms who have been there and done that!
At KneeBouncers, we love sharing ideas we find online, especially when other mommies, parent bloggers, and educators create them! So here are five parenting blogs created by moms we recommend you check out!
Whether you’re looking for parenting tips and advice, fun and crafty ideas to try at home, or a way to connect with other parents, these blogs have it all.
Blogs By Moms!
Kidsactivities.com is a parenting blog and materials collective dedicated to sharing fun activities to engage your child in play. You’ll find everything from fizzing sidewalk paint to touchy-feely sensory tub ideas. In addition, the site is filled with fantastic advice, games, activities, science projects, and more from real moms. So, if you need activities for a rainy or snowy day, this is the place to head for inspiration!
Meaningful Mama is a parenting blog and website with a little bit of everything! It covers all the bases of family life, from parenting to marriage to recipes and more! Author Jodi is a stay-at-home mom of three with a degree in education. She shares her wisdom and insight in an easy-to-read manner that will connect with many parents! The site is full of fun and creative things to do with your kids that enhance learning. From crafts, to games, to recipes, her site has a little bit of it all!
Pregnant Chicken is a one-stop resource for pregnant and new moms! I love the name. But beyond the cute, catchy name, the site has helpful information for every step of the pregnancy and new parenting phase. I especially love the parenting section, which has sections for dads, grandparents, and mental health.
Baby Daybook is a parenting app that helps you streamline your child’s day. It has sleeping, feeding, and developmental trackers and can capture special moments with photos and notes. While my kids aren’t young enough to need an app like this anymore, it is handy for parents of tots and babies. It also has an informative blog covering everything from sleeping to feeding to child development. A mom started Baby Daybook, and all the blog articles were written by her, or me, another mommy blogger!
